His company—After Hours Inspection Services, LLC—is an accredited business with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) of Central & Eastern Kentucky. George Moberg is a certified home inspector, and serves as a board member of KRIEA (Kentucky Real Estate Inspection Association). He's also a member of ESA (Environmental Solutions Association).
A veteran of the US Navy, George Moberg has been a Certified Home Inspector for over 7 years. He is determined to give his customers the best inspection possible, and is continually taking CE classes and keeping current on the latest issues pertaining to Kentucky home inspections.
George Moberg inspects all kinds of homes as well as small commercial properties: Single family homes, newly built homes, old homes, log homes, manufactured homes, and multi dwellings, including apartments, and duplexes. After Hours Inspection Services is based out of Lancaster, KY, and performs home and small business inspections in the Central Kentucky area, including the greater Lexington area.
After Hours owner George Moberg is also certified to perform mold tests in homes, apartments, and commercial properties, either in conjunction with a home inspection or by itself. He can perform either a swab test for mold in one specific location or an air test quality test that will detect any mold spores present in the home.
